Warm compress with essential oils for bloating: add 4-5 drops of 100% anise (Pimpinella anisum) or fennel (Foenicum vulgaris) essential oil - previously mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey - to 2 liters of warm (not hot) water. Mix, then dip a soft cloth in it, wring it out, place it on your stomach and cover it with a warm towel. Repeat the compress after 20 minutes if the desired relief is not yet experienced. 

This method may reduce the intensity of the symptoms, but if it arises from time to time, it is worth examining the cause of the problem: what we eat, what our body does not tolerate, what we need instead.
